Later we will add there some physical records like CDs, Vinyls, and maybe even shirts or buttons. You also will get our new EP “Fear, Loss & Deadication” there first, it will contain 5 songs. We also plan a very special hand-numbered limited CD edition for this EP.

Like you know we never got the diary of the Tour 2009 finished because of a lack of time and a lack of really useable/stable video editing tools under Linux :) - but we got around 10 hours of video material and probably more than 2000 pictures. Here is a small bit of it. The video is a very rough cut of footage from our show in Minsk where we played on May 20th, 2009, pictures were also take around this time. We thank Luda and Igor for guiding us a whole day through Minsk, and Mitya and his friends for organizing the show.

This year we won’t play Belarus, but again in Czech Republic, Ukraine and Poland in September. And again we are excited to go. Hope to meet you on the roads!

Die Gewaltdarstellung muss entweder eine Verherrlichung oder Verharmlosung der grausamen oder unmenschlichen Gewalttätigkeit zum Ausdruck bringen oder durch die Art und Weise der Darstellung selbst die Menschenwürde verletzen, etwa indem sie Personen oder Gruppen als menschenunwert erscheinen lässt. Diesen Anforderungen genügt der hier fragliche Aufdruck, der in stilisierter Form eine Kampfszene zwischen zwei Personen zeigt, nicht. […] Eine Billigung grausamer oder unmenschlicher, mithin exzessiver Gewalttätigkeit als Kampfmittel ist der hier fraglichen Abbildung auch unter Berücksichtigung zwischen dem Text und der bildlichen Darstellung nicht zu entnehmen.

… wurde diesmal auf eine Entscheidung aus 2008 zurückgegriffen, welche die positive Darstellung das Keltenkreuz verbietet. Der Vorwurf lautete somit diesmal “Verwenden von Kennzeichen verfassungswidriger Organisationen” (§86a). Das ist natürlich erstens sehr weit hergeholt, besonders mit dem vorherigen Versuchs der Argumentation der Gewaltdarstellung gegen Keltenkreuz-Träger, zum anderen gab es auch in dieser Richtung schon 2007 ein Urteil im Zusammenhang mit dem durchgestrichenen Hakenkreuz:

Der Gebrauch des Kennzeichens einer verfassungswidrigen Organisation in einer Darstellung, deren Inhalt in offenkundiger und eindeutiger Weise die Gegnerschaft zu der Organisation und die Bekämpfung ihrer Ideologie zum Ausdruck bringt, läuft dem Schutzzweck des § 86 a StGB ersichtlich nicht zuwider und wird daher vom Tatbestand der Vorschrift nicht erfasst.

Mal sehen, wie die Verfahren ausgehen werden, wir wünschen allen Betroffenen viel Durchhaltevermögen!

Es war also auch diesmal nur reine Schikane, evtl. war es einfach zu friedlich in Pößneck und die Beamten hatten nicht genügend zu tun, eine provozierende Aktion gegen das GNWP-Logo hätte ja durchaus zu Gründen für ein weiteres Vorgehen gegen Antifaschisten führen können.

Am 12. Juni gibt es in Pößneck verschiedene Gegenaktionen:

• 10 Uhr starten Gegenaktionen und Kinderfest auf dem Marktplatz in Pößneck, organisiert vom bürgerlichen Aktionsbündnis Vielfalt in Pößneck, unterstützt von KoKont Jena. Ab 13 Uhr gibt es eine Demonstration vom Marktplatz aus, durch Pößneck, bis in die unmittelbare Nähe zum Luschgenpark, wo der Thüringentag stattfindet. Dort findet eine weitere Kundgebung statt, in deren Rahmen auch wir spielen werden.
• Auch die Antifa Saalfeld organisiert eine Demo gegen den Thüringentag. Diese verläuft auf einer anderen Route, endet später aber auch in einer Kundgebung beim Luschgenpark. Start ist hier 10:30 am oberen Bahnhof in Pößneck.

Hier noch ein PDF mit den einzelnen Demorouten. Die Kundgebungen finden laut Karte an unterschiedlichen Orten in Nähe des Luschgenparks statt, sollen unseren Infos am Ende allerdings noch gemeinsam enden. Tja, am besten ihr schaut 10:30 am oberen Bahnhof vorbei, startet mit der Antifa die Demo und wir treffen uns dann 14 Uhr beim Luschgenpark an der Kreuzung im “Im Luschgen”.

Kein Fußbreit den Nazis, Good Night “White Pride”!

The Farmer’s Boulevard family grew bigger, Tina and our drummer Seebi got parents. In february they have born their son Täve. While Täve first couldn’t await to see the light, he is growing nicely now and he seems to share his dad’s love to eat all the day :)

In the last weeks and months we made also some progress in our creative process to write songs for new records. You read right, it’s plural. Before we drop our album, what is planned for end of the year or beginning 2011, we will release a split record together with a band what we know for ages.

The upcoming records are the reason why we don’t plan to play a lot of shows, better: we decided to take a break from playing live until the songs are finished. But as you know us we can’t let it be, so we will play twice:

Tonight, May 15th, we will play in Liberec, right behind the border in Czech Republic. So if you are from Saxony you may have a real chance to attend because it is not so far away. We will play there the fourth time, and we are remembering the other shows very well.

On June 4th, Myra invited us to the release show of their new record “Godspeed” what is released right now. Myra is the band where Captain Hando is hitting the drums. Some years ago, he took care about us as our driver in France, even if it seems to be a hard job :)

We re-released our “Red Carpet” CD/LP under a Creative Commons license, this means you can download it for free and legally share the album with your friends. You can choose between the MP3 and Ogg Vorbis archive, both they contain 11 songs encoded with 192kb/s and include cover artwork and lyrics. Originally we released “Red Carpet” in 2006 on CD and vinyl with help of PCS Records, SM Musik and Vinyl Junkies. You can still order physical copies there.

If you not already know our previous records you may even check out Caught By (released 2000) and Still Four (2002). They are downloadable for free, too. Currently we are back in our rehearsal room to write new songs for upcoming records.

For us, 2009 was a great year, especially our tour through East Europe was great and unforgetable. Thank you! We wish you some nice days with your families and friends, and a happy new year. Have a good start into 2010!

They got 3 full lengths, a 7inch and a demo tape about moons and lonely wolves and some Leipzig Hardcore classics (F&T, 04277, GNWP). We are very sad that we never managed to play together a Leipzig show. Now it’s over.

As we heard tonight they will play with old an new line-up, all the guys coming together, the show is sold out. The Lines We Cross from Plagwitz City will support them, as well as Backfire (also a farewell show) and Breakdown from NYC.
