Last post for the old year, just to wish you and us the best for the upcoming year. Our show in Cottbus has been moved to Forst, but the date is still the same. So we hope you to see on January 9th, 2009 at Buntes Haus Forst. Last time (Nov 2007) was delicious, we are looking forward to this show.

One week later (Jan 17th) we will play a benefit show in Jena for the Besetztes Haus Erfurt. Those guys have problems because the town Erfurt sold the area and the squad may be closed. This would be irrepearably. More information about that issue can be found on the campaign site “Hände weg!”. Defend your culture, fight for local squat!

We thank everybody who has inspired us, did set up a show, cooked, shared a place to sleep on our tours, wrote reviews, spread concert flyers, supported us on shows, lend us equipment, believed in us, bought a record or a button from us, shared ideas and stories! Unforgettable moments, 10 years are a long time … but not enough.

Last week we had a great anniversary show, some people seems to remember our old songs :) Please share your pictures or videos taken that night with us. • “Sexism in the Hardcore/Punk scene” is a related topic of a info/discussion panel and benefit show in Roßwein today, more information on that on the website of the Let’s fight ‘White Pride’ campaign.

This weekend the international “decentralized days of action for squats and autonomous spaces” will be happen (dt. Info). In our area will be at least two important dates:

1. 2008-04-10 (fri) “Wir bleiben alle!” in Erfurt, a mob action with a pink shawl for the Besetztes Haus Erfurt, what has been closed now for concerts by the the town Erfurt (more background info)
2. 2008-04-12 (sat) “Her mit der bunten Vielfalt - Für ein AJZ in Grünau!“ in Leipzig, demonstration for a alternative youth house in Leipzig-Grünau, the AJZ Bunte Platte has lost their lease contract with the owner of the building (Leipziger Seen GmbH), because they cancelled the contract to end the struggles between the AJZ and local nazis, who attacked the youth house on a regular basis. This is the wrong decision for conflicts like that!

So please support support your local club, squat, youth house, whatever because they are the spaces to stay different.
